Do not take more than once daily. The maximum dosage should not exceed 20mg per day.

Warnings and Precautions
This medication is intended only for adult men. Women and children should not use it.
It should not be used for recreational purposes, as misuse may cause health risks.
If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours (priapism), seek immediate medical attention to avoid permanent penile damage.
Sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears may occur. Stop using the medication and seek medical help if these symptoms appear.
Temporary vision changes may occur, including blurred vision or difficulty distinguishing blue and green colors.
Alcohol may enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects and increase the risk of dizziness or hypotension. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
Apcalis obtained through unofficial channels may have uncertain quality, purity, or contamination risks (such as undeclared Sildenafil, hormones, or heavy metals), which may lead to ineffective treatment or health risks.
Common Side Effects
Common side effects may include:
Headache (most common)
Indigestion and heartburn
Back pain and muscle pain
Nasal congestion and facial flushing
Dizziness
Visual disturbances (such as increased sensitivity to light or mild color changes)
These side effects are usually mild to moderate and often improve over time.
Serious Side Effects (Rare but Require Attention)
Seek medical attention immediately if the following occur:
Sudden hearing loss
Sudden vision loss (NAION)
Irregular heartbeat or myocardial infarction
Severe hypotension, especially when combined with nitrate medications
Allergic reactions (rash, itching, difficulty breathing)
Drug Interactions
Absolutely Contraindicated:
Nitrate medications
Guanylate cyclase stimulators (such as Riociguat)
Use with Caution / Dose Adjustment May Be Required:
Alpha-blockers
Examples: Terazosin
→ May increase the risk of low blood pressure.
Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
Examples: Ketoconazole, Ritonavir
→ May increase Tadalafil blood levels.
Antihypertensive medications
→ May enhance blood-pressure-lowering effects.
Use in Special Populations
Elderly Patients (≥65 years)
Routine dose reduction is not usually required, but increased attention should be paid to possible side effects.
Liver Impairment
Moderate liver impairment: Maximum recommended dose should not exceed 10mg per day.
Severe liver impairment: Not recommended.
Kidney Impairment
Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min): Maximum dose should not exceed 10mg every other day.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Not applicable. This medication is intended only for adult men.
Pharmacological Action
Tadalafil is a selective and reversible inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which specifically breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
During sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is released in the penile tissue. By inhibiting PDE5, Tadalafil increases cGMP levels, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation, increased blood flow into the corpus cavernosum, and improved erectile function.
Without sexual stimulation, Tadalafil alone will not cause an erection.
Pharmacokinetics
Absorption:
Rapidly absorbed after oral administration. Peak plasma concentration (Tmax) occurs at approximately 2 hours.
Half-life:
Approximately 17.5 hours, contributing to its long duration of action.
Metabolism:
Primarily metabolized in the liver through the CYP3A4 enzyme pathway.
Excretion:
Feces: approximately 61%
Urine: approximately 36%
Storage Conditions
Store in a sealed container.
Protect from light.
Keep in a dry place below 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Packaging
Aluminum-plastic composite sachets.
Approximately 10g per sachet.
Individually packaged.
Important Information Before Purchasing Sexual Health Products
Important Notice:
Male oral erectile dysfunction medications only work when sexual stimulation is present. They do not automatically cause an erection.
When using medications containing Sildenafil, Vardenafil, Tadalafil, Avanafil, or Dapoxetine, many users are concerned about whether the medication will achieve the expected results.
Based on clinical data and user experience, different medications have slightly different non-response rates:
| Medication | Approximate Non-response Rate |
|---|---|
| Sildenafil | Around 15–20% |
| Vardenafil | Around 15–22% |
| Tadalafil | Around 12–18% |
| Avanafil | Around 14–19% |
| Dapoxetine | Around 20–25% |
It is important to understand that an unsatisfactory response does not necessarily indicate poor product quality. Drug effectiveness depends on the interaction between the medication mechanism and individual physiological conditions.
Even original branded products may not work for everyone. For example, Viagra (Sildenafil) manufactured by Pfizer also has a percentage of men who do not achieve the expected response.
It is common with male sexual health medications that one person may respond well while another may not, even when using the same product. A different product may work better for another individual.
Our store guarantees that products are genuine, but cannot guarantee that every user will achieve the same expected results. Please consider carefully before ordering.
Reasons for Different Responses
Sildenafil / Vardenafil / Avanafil
These medications improve erectile function by enhancing blood vessel relaxation. Their effectiveness may be influenced by:
Individual metabolism and liver/kidney function
Underlying health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
Alcohol consumption
High-fat meals that may delay absorption
Severe vascular disease that limits blood flow
If significant arterial damage exists, medication effectiveness may naturally be reduced.
Tadalafil
Although Tadalafil works through a similar mechanism, it remains active in the body longer. However, effectiveness may still vary depending on:
Individual sensitivity to the medication
Severe prostate conditions
Spinal cord injuries
Differences in receptor response
Some individuals may experience reduced effectiveness due to weaker response sensitivity.
Dapoxetine
Dapoxetine works by affecting neurotransmitter reuptake to improve ejaculation control.
Its effectiveness depends on:
Individual nerve sensitivity
Psychological condition (stress and anxiety may reduce effectiveness)
Appropriate dosage based on body weight and severity of symptoms
Men with abnormal sensitivity or long-term psychological premature ejaculation may experience limited improvement.
Medical Advice
If any of these medications or combination products do not produce the expected results:
Do not increase the dose on your own.
Do not switch medications without guidance.
Avoid long-term uncontrolled use.
Consult a urologist or men’s health specialist. A doctor can evaluate your condition through medical history, physical examination, and appropriate tests, then adjust treatment options, including:
Optimizing dosage
Changing medication type
Combining psychological support
Adding behavioral training
A personalized treatment plan can provide better results and improve safety.
